If you forget the password you created to access your Customer Portal, you can request for this to be unlocked using the password reset option: This process will also unlock your customer portal if you enter an incorrect password 5 times and your account is locked.
If you are registered, a password reset email link will be set and you can create a new password to log in, please remember to check spam folders and other filters that your email provider may have used.
If you don't receive this email, it can sometimes mean that you have not registered. Please try this option before contacting us - click 'register':

If you have not registered, this will allow you to set up and access your customer portal
If you have already registered, you will get this message - in which case, contact us, and we will check to ensure that your customer portal is unlocked and working for you.
if you get an error message such as this please ensure all the details are entered in the same way as they were when you applied - For example if when you applied you entered your postcode lower case or with no space eg sw1 1aa or SW11AA, the system will not match you if you try and register using SW1 1AA
