- You can submit a Samsung Price Promise claim on any eligible items you purchase using a Samsung Finance loan (including Samsung Flex), provided the claim is made within 7 days of purchase.
- If your claim is approved, the refund will be applied to your Samsung Finance (or Flex) loan balance, which will be reduced accordingly.
- We’ll email you to confirm the reduction and advise you of any changes to your monthly payments.
